This archive documents the public development of the Invariant Temporal Ordering Framework (ITOF) across successive preprints, revisions, and Foundation Series formulations.
The current governing reference is ITOF V29/F9: The Comprehensive Governing Synthesis of Universal Cosmic Succession, Physical Identity, Transformation, Spatial Realization, and Cross-Domain Application. It integrates the canonical definition of time, the actual first cosmic stage, CMA, identity-bounded histories, transformation and successor attribution, spatial realization, motion, clocks, records, prediction, empirical accountability, and the direct rejection of relativistic temporal ontology.
Earlier versions remain preserved as historical stages. They record the development from temporal non-transfer and bearer attribution to one common cosmic-stage domain, reconstructed identity boundaries, typed physical outcomes, and the broader V29/F9 synthesis. Historical formulations do not override the current version and are used only where V29/F9 explicitly retains or revalidates them.

V29/F9 is the governing formulation. It adopts one actual first stage, one populated common stage domain, one fixed irreversible order, and CMA at every actual stage. It integrates identity formation and ending, physical outcomes and successors, place and motion, clocks and records, remote reconstruction, prediction, restricted testing, and explicit conditions of revision.

Time denotes the universal ordering and succession of common cosmic stages in one common cosmic extension. It is not matter, energy, a field, a force, a coordinate, a metric interval, a proper-time functional, a clock output, a moving carrier, or a causal participant. Physical content, magnitude, rate, mechanism, spatial relation, and observability belong to physical systems.

V28/F8, V27/F7, and V26/F6 (2026)
Immediate Reconstruction Line
V28/F8 reconstructed cosmic origin, complete identity boundaries, non-terminal physical outcomes, production linkage, successor attribution, and empirical rejection rules. V27/F7 supplied the immediate audited comparison baseline and suspended several inherited endpoint commitments. V26/F6 supplied the preceding reconstruction. V29/F9 revalidates this line while extending it to spatial realization, motion, local cycles, observation, remote records, prediction, and cross-domain application.
V25/F5 (2026)
One Common Cosmic-Stage Domain and the Cosmic Moment Axiom
V25/F5 replaced earlier system-specific stage arrangements with one common cosmic-stage domain and one fixed irreversible ordering. It established the governing definition of time, strengthened CMA, clarified spatial separation, identity-bounded histories, recurrence, stability, formation, ending, and the difference between records and stages. V29/F9 preserves this foundation after revalidation and integrates it with later origin, outcome, successor, spatial, observational, predictive, and empirical work.
V24/F4 (2026)
Pre-Common-Domain Stage Architecture
V24/F4 consolidated system identity, physical histories, records, measurement, continuity, and applications under an earlier stage construction. Its domain analyses informed later work, but its fragmented stage account was replaced in V25/F5. V29/F9 therefore treats V24/F4 as a historically important predecessor rather than a source of governing equations.
V23/F3 (2026)
Occurrence-Based Reconstruction and Non-Circular Change
V23/F3 reconstructed ITOF through physical systems, identity-valid occurrences, complete realized conditions, and physically warranted earlier–later order. It developed a non-circular change definition, derived stages, history chains, and explicit empirical countermodels. Its occurrence route was superseded by the one-common-stage domain, but its bearer discipline, representational restraint, and counterexample requirements remain historically significant.
V22/F2 (2026)
A Fundamental Assignment Law of Systemic Change-Realization
V22/F2 developed the response-state and determinant-engagement account. It assigned realized change to affected systems rather than to time, environment, clock output, propagation delay, distance, or model form. Later versions preserve the bearer and non-transfer discipline while no longer using the V22 response-state notation as the foundational core.
V21/F1 (2026)
Reassignment of Time-Attributed Phenomena
V21/F1 systematized the reassignment of growth, aging, healing, failure, clock divergence, signal delay, and the sense of passage to the physical systems, processes, records, and factors through which those phenomena are realized or represented. V29/F9 retains the governing non-causal attribution: time does not perform, transmit, or influence physical change.
V20 (2026)
Ontological Assignment Closure
V20 consolidated the non-transfer rule: successful measurement, clock comparison, formal geometry, operational prediction, or model correction does not by itself establish a modification of temporal ontology. V29/F9 retains this discipline through explicit type boundaries separating time, stages, bearer states, places, records, clocks, coordinates, metrics, and proper-time functionals.
V19 (2026)
Relativistic Interpretation Reassignment
V19 examined relativistic clock divergence, signal coordination, correction procedures, and measurement geometry while resisting automatic transfer from those results to time as a deformable substance or agent. V29/F9 adopts a categorical boundary: relativistic coordinates, metrics, spacetime geometries, proper-time functionals, and clock outputs are model objects or physical-system outputs and are not identical with ITOF time.
V18 to V14 (2026)
V18 developed system-relative outcome attribution; V17 connected measurable domain realization to implementation conditions; V16 strengthened prediction, residual comparison, and uncertainty; V15 separated temporal ordering from metric measurement; and V14 organized the early distinction between time and measured physical change. These versions remain part of the developmental record, but their superseded formulations do not govern V29/F9.

The sequence is a developmental record, not a stack of simultaneously governing equations. Current theoretical use should cite V29/F9 and import no earlier claim unless it is explicitly retained or revalidated in the present version.
