The current governing reference is ITOF V37/F17: Universal Cosmic Extension, Integrated Universal Common-Stage Change Realization, and Quantitative Bridge Architecture. V37/F17 retains the mature V36 temporal referent and extends the framework into complete-population physical realization, composition, population transformation, comparison, dynamics, operational metrics, and quantitative bridge discipline.
Earlier versions are preserved as a sequential historical-critical record. They document genuine changes of definition, status, dependency, and scope, but no earlier formulation remains authoritative merely because it once appeared. Present use is governed by V37/F17 and only by content explicitly revalidated under its current type and dependency architecture.

V37/F17 retains time as TITOF=EC=(SCtot,≺C) and keeps Strict Cosmic Ordering, NoInterruption, NoTerminalStage, CSPP, CMA, and UCC distinct. Its central extension is the complete physical-realization architecture, which represents the complete stage population together with system-specific state, change, and causal-realization profiles without adding a physical component to time.
V37/F17 also develops hierarchical composition, Cross-Level Non-Transfer, population transformation, cross-system comparison, mathematical-form-neutral dynamics, operational metrics, and a foundation-to-observable architecture that separates foundational ontology from application physics and measurement.
Its quantitative branch includes independently sourced mass-defect and trapped-ion clock-response physics, benchmark reconstruction, and quantum-motional examples while explicitly denying that benchmark recovery or an ontological difference alone creates a foundation-specific residual. The predictive non-separation result requires independently warranted physical difference before observable separation can arise.
V36/F16 and V35/F15 (2026)
V36/F16 is the immediate foundational predecessor. It stabilized the present temporal denotation, separated CSPP, CMA, and UCC into distinct governing roles, made complete-population change coverage explicit, and sharpened Exact-Change-Stage Restraint and scientific-claim boundaries. V35/F15 had already established direct cosmic non-termination, optional Cosmic Origin, stronger lifecycle typing, and conditional successor attribution independent of cosmic continuation. V37 retains these validated corrections while extending the physical-realization architecture.

V34/F14, V33/F13, and V32/F12 (2026)
V34/F14 separated CSPP, CMA, UCC, historical accumulation, present resultant, UEIE, and PIECP, but still carried universal successor closure later removed by V35. V33/F13 introduced the historical CPCES cumulative-ending architecture subsequently dismantled into distinct lifecycle roles. V32/F12 strengthened quantitative clock-record modeling and discrimination architecture. Their surviving contributions are governed only in the forms revalidated by V37/F17.
V31/F11, V30/F10, V29/F9, and V28/F8 (2026)
These versions consolidated invariant cosmic succession, system-specific physical change, identity boundaries, successor relations, observation, quantitative accountability, and Non-Transfer. They provided several building blocks later retyped or narrowed by V34–V37. The current framework preserves their surviving distinctions without restoring superseded formulations.

V25/F5 to V27/F7 (2026)
V25/F5 supplied the decisive one-common-stage reconstruction: one universal common cosmic-stage domain, one fixed irreversible earlier–later ordering, strengthened CMA, spatial-separation restraint, identity-bounded histories, recurrence, stability, formation, and ending. V26/F6 and V27/F7 developed identity, successor, empirical, and application consequences. The later framework grows from this reconstruction while rejecting any return to private temporal domains.
V24/F4 (2026)
V24/F4 consolidated system identity, physical histories, records, measurement, continuity, and applications under an earlier stage construction. Its fragmented stage account was superseded by the one-common-stage reconstruction in V25/F5. V37/F17 treats V24 as historical evidence rather than a source of governing temporal definitions.
V23/F3 and V22/F2 (2026)
V23/F3 deepened identity-bounded history, change realization, measurement, and interpretation. V22/F2 advanced reassignment of effects commonly attributed to time toward physical systems and processes and sharpened separation between ordering, system change, records, and explanatory factors. Their useful distinctions survive only where later versions explicitly revalidated them.
V21/F1 and V20 (2026)
V21/F1 systematized the reassignment of growth, aging, healing, failure, clock divergence, signal delay, and the sense of passage to physical systems, processes, records, and factors. V20 consolidated the Non-Transfer discipline. V37/F17 retains the mature form of that discipline through its generalized prohibition on transferring temporal identity from mathematical or physical success.
V19 to V14 (2026)
V19 examined relativistic clock divergence, signal coordination, correction procedures, and measurement geometry while resisting automatic transfer from those results to time. V18 through V14 progressively separated system outcomes, measurable realization, prediction, metric measurement, and temporal ordering. These versions remain part of the documentary origin of the framework but do not govern V37/F17.
